We combine S&H costs to save you even more money, so it is generally a good idea to buy your toys in one purchase than individually. We cannot combine S&H on items ordered separately.

Any faulty or returned goods can be reported to loverstoyroom.com so we can track your goods. Please include your order ref #, name, address in the parcel & include the original packing slip to help us provide a speedy service. Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund. If in doubt please contact us first, we’re here to help!

Returned goods (i.e. those that are not faulty) must be in the original, unopened packaging. The Lover’s Toy Room reserves the right to refuse a returned item that shows signs of having been used. Returned, non faulty goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee, S&H is not refunded. Faulty goods can be returned for a refund or replacement, please indicate which you prefer.
